He has held roles in development and R&D project management, gaining practical experience in managing innovative R&D projects, IP management, and product development. Additionally, he managed the mentor program for the Impact Accelerator, the social startup accelerator by the 8200 Alumni Association. Or holds a Master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Bioinformatics from Tel Aviv University.
